Planning Approval and Party Walls
In case you don’t have any of the needed documents and drawings, our in-house architect will be happy to help with that phase.
As soon as you approve the finalised drawings, the architect working on your project would proceed with submitting the planning application to the local council, in order to obtain Planning Approval. GDL will also bring on board the right structural engineer to produce structural plans for the required works.
Another thing that GDL assists with, is dealing with the Party Walls (all the relevant neighbours’ consent forms) and collaborating with the surveyors.
